Illuminated controls for cooking hoods
The new TOUCH rear panel switch series is characterized by small dimensions and soft feeling, similar to an electronic switch but with the robustness of an electromechanical switch.
The assembling process is completely automatic thanks to a new generation specific manufacturing machine located in our plant in Valeggio, for a daily production up to 40.000 pieces. The automatic control at the end of the assembling line allows testing functionality and quality on every single finished product.
TOUCH series also include keyboards mounted on a metal frame; just changing the wiring diagram, the position and the distance of each unit, it is possible to meet any function requirement. The switches are set at printed circuit mounting, while keyboards can also be screw fixed on the metal frame.
Today these features have been enriched with a customisable LED illumination option. The typical robustness of an electromechanical product joins the flexibility given by LED illumination. This new feature allows Everel to offer a highly innovative product to a cheaper price than the other solutions currently used for the same purpose.
The product is available for both electric network and separate lighting connection.
Touch series are approved by the major international certification authorities (ENEC, UL) according to EN 61058-UL 1054 standard, and they are compliant with EN 60335-1 extinguishing prescriptions (GWIT 775°) and ROHS directive.
TOUCH series guarantee flexibility on electrical connections and surface finishing.
The TOUCH series rating is: 8(3) A 250 V 1 e 4; UL 6A 125/250 V.
The mechanical and electrical life is 100.000 cycles.
A socket located in the lower part of the TOUCH switch and the reduced connection tolerances between terminals and body prevent welding rests depositing on contacts during the process.
Thanks to the electromechanical feature laser labelling, it is possible to print on the switch also the manufacturing date.
